We're Hiring: Copy Supervisor – Hindi + English Location: Delhi, India (Full-time role) Company: One Four Seven Who Are We? We work across verticals like tech, FMCG, beauty, health, D2C, B2C, and global startups, creating high-impact, performance-driven campaigns rooted in audience insight and creative innovation. Our services span: - Market Research, GTM Strategies, Behaviour & Sentiment Analysis - Brand Architecture, Communication Design, UI/UX - Content Creation (Platform-wise), Ad Campaigns, Social Media Strategy - Performance Marketing and more We don't operate like a typical agency—we're structured, nimble, and creative-led. Think playground, not pressure cooker. What's This Role About? We're on the hunt for a Copy Supervisor who can lead narrative strategy, build culturally resonant content, and manage a team of writers - all while delivering copy that performs. This is not just a writing role. It's a creative leadership role that calls for someone who: - Understands audiences from urban metros to rural Bharat - Is fluent in both English & Hindi copywriting - Has a keen sense of what makes content viral - Knows how to blend insight, performance, and storytelling What You'll Do - Lead copy development across formats - scripts, statics, social, campaign lines - Write, review, and guide high-performance content across brands and platforms - Translate marketing briefs into compelling stories for both Hindi and English-speaking audiences - Bring fluency in multiple tones: fun, sassy, sharp, humorous, emotional - Drive social content that goes viral—Reels, carousels, ad copy, hooks, etc. - Collaborate with strategy, design, and performance teams to craft content that works - Stay updated on social trends and cultural hooks (you should know what's going viral before it trends) What You Bring - 4–6 years of professional copywriting experience (agency experience mandatory) - Ability to write and lead in both Hindi & English fluently - Deep understanding of performance marketing, CTR-friendly headlines, and thumb-stopping copy - Strong campaign thinking—can take an idea and shape it across formats - Team leadership experience (you'll manage 2–3 copywriters) - Calm under pressure, confident in client-facing roles - Availability outside office hours if needed (we work fast and smart) Bonus Points - Worked on regional or vernacular campaigns - Built campaigns for Tier 2/3 audiences or Bharat-first platforms - Knowledge of AI writing tools for speed + structure What You'll Get - Opportunity to work with unicorns, global startups, D2C powerhouses - A team-first culture that values creativity, clarity, and ownership - Learning from some of the best minds in digital strategy, branding, and content - Work that you'll want to showcase in your portfolio Interested?
