Job Title Guest Service Associate GSA Location Pyramid Cafe Lounge Bar - Hisar and multiple locations Punjab Haryana Himachal Uttarakhand etc Department Food Beverage Service Front of House Reports To Restaurant Manager Assistant Manager Job Summary We are hiring energetic and customer-oriented Guest Service Associates GSA to be part of our service team at Pyramid Cafe Lounge Bar The GSA will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing prompt friendly and professional service in a lively bar and lounge environment Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements Present menus take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service Maintain table settings cleanliness and overall ambiance of the dining area Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery Handle billing payments and cash transactions as per company policy Address guest queries feedback and complaints professionally and promptly Support in setting up and closing down the restaurant area before and after service Adhere to grooming hygiene and service standards of Pyramid Cafe Lounge Bar Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events to maximize sales Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant cafe lounge or hotel setup Qualification in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality background preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of food beverage service standards Smart presentable and customer-focused personality Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Flexible to work in shifts weekends and public holidays What We Offer Competitive salary with service charge and incentives Career growth opportunities across multiple Pyramid outlets Professional training and a vibrant work culture Staff meals and accommodation where applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 9 175 63 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
