Job Description Capgemini is seeking a Director/Senior Director level executive for the Enterprise Architect role for Insights and Data (I&D) Global Business Line. Overall experience: 16+ years of IT experience The Enterprise Architect will drive architectural leadership across pursuits, ensure portfolio-aligned positioning, and collaborate closely with industry and offering leaders to accelerate revenue growth. - 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in enterprise architecture roles within data, analytics, and AI domains. - Proven track record of driving large-scale D&A transformations in pre-sales and consulting-led environments. - Partner with sales leaders, solution consultants, and portfolio leads to architect compelling solutions for large pursuits and RFPs. - Own the end-to-end architectural storyline in client proposals, ensuring technical feasibility, differentiation, and value realization. - Develop reference architectures, solution accelerators, and reusable assets to strengthen win rates. - Expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data mesh/lakehouse, and enterprise integration. - Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, GenAI, and MLOps. - Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data observability, and security/compliance frameworks. - Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and business capability modeling. - Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to engage CxO-level stakeholders Our Ideal Candidate Enterprise Architect Director - Work as a chief/lead architect and engagement lead in an architecture capacity designing, implementing and running complex solutions. Acknowledged internally and externally as a thought leader and perceived as a role model in the community, can operate effectively at the highest levels within national and multi-national organizations. 1. Interest and Initiative to learn. 2. Certification: Some certifications in Architecture (eg. Togaf, SAFe, Zachman, IAF, etc), Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake), Big Data/MPP (Cloudera, Databricks, MongoDB, , Redshift, Synapse, Spark) are must.
