This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 550000 - Rs 750000 ie INR 5 5-7 5 LPA Min Experience 4 years JobType full-time We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of launching new outlets and cloud kitchens You will be responsible for site identification vendor coordination construction management and compliance playing a key role in driving operational expansion across India Requirements Key Responsibilities Identify and assess potential sites conduct feasibility studies and support lease discussions and negotiations Coordinate with landlords consultants and local authorities to secure required NOCs licenses and approvals Plan manage and monitor construction and fit-out activities by working closely with architects contractors and vendors Handle vendor selection negotiation and management while maintaining strong relationships with real estate partners and agencies Maintain detailed project trackers site databases and prepare regular progress reports for management review Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Project Management Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination site development or expansion preferably within F B hospitality or retail industries Solid understanding of construction processes real estate negotiations and vendor management Strong communication analytical and stakeholder management abilities Willingness to travel extensively across India Key Skills Project Management Site Scouting Liaisoning Negotiation
