Department DetailsRole Summary Essential key member of the Integrated Business Planning team within our Global Supply Chain organization who serves as the Global S OE Analyst Plays a critical role in executing the weekly S OE process by supporting the global and regional activities assuring smooth handovers of demand and supply data publishing the KPI s and schedules as part of the monthly cycle Develops analysis that provides visibility to the cross-functional teams with the focus on the achievement of business objectives such as plan execution target service working capital etc Exposure to end-to-end S OE processes and real-world challenges across the supply chain and across the globe Develop skills in data analysis and the use of industry-standard tools like Excel SAP IBP and Power BI analytics Learn best practices in inventory management operations and cross function stakeholder management such as portfolio segmentation Escalation and mitigation Revenue maximization KPI s inventory controls Opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment and gain mentorship from experienced professionals in the field Key Responsibilities Prepares analysis and decks for the Global S OE together with regional Supply Chain stakeholders North America EU Emerging Markets MPS Logistics Quality Commercial Finance and others Assures smooth execution of the global risk escalation process by driving the early recognition of risks valuation and prioritization and management of mitigation activities Works with business teams to assure timely data entry data validation prioritization of demand orders customers Develops ad-hoc analysis aimed to support business scenarios Provides timely analysis of supply demand inventory and recognizes the required changes to the schedule Operational SME of the Scheduling Workbench and related reports and analytics Works with the S OE Lead on rolling out the S OE roadmap which covers processes systems and capabilities required now and in the future Enable the functional strategy and drive the improvement of S OE maturity Educational QualificationsRequired Education Qualification Msc Required Experience 8 - 12 years
