Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities efficiently The role involves sourcing suppliers negotiating prices maintaining inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of materials as per company requirements Key Responsibilities Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and other important data Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and approvals Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchases without compromising quality Follow up with vendors for dispatch schedules and material quality Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards Required Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement procedures Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Purchase software Good analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational ability Qualification Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Business Administration or related field MBA or Diploma in Material Management will be an added advantage Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity for career growth within the company Supportive and professional work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
