Business Development

To prepare the Business Development plan and oversee all elements of Marketing and Customer Relationship activity for Japan & Domestic Market for Fluoropolymers. Achieve monthly sales target of Fluoropolymers.

Application Development in India.

Establishing a culture of collaboration and integration that enhances revenue and cost optimization & supports innovation and creativity in Business.

Coordinate with plant and logistics for timely dispatches.

Get Technical approvals and Application certifications.

Track competitor activities. Participation in Trade shows, prepare presentation, technical literature and brochures

Ensure proper coordination of demand planning and sales forecasting and production planning with back-office support

. Plan, Monitor and analyze key metrics for performance of operations, financial, sales and marketing to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and revenue generation.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Lead and manage the entire process from new product conception to delivery so that customers receive the product to the highest standard of quality and services.

To lead the customer strategy from a detailed understanding of both current and potential customers.

Brand image (Feedback from customer, industry, etc.)

People Management

Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team.

Responsible for assessing training needs and ensuring that the relevant level of training, development and coaching is available to all team members.

To lead, coach and motivate the Marketing and Customer Relationship teams.

Ensure all activities under his/her control & supervision are compliant with all the laws of land & statutory requirement.

Review Compliance Status and take necessary action to mitigate any noncompliance as identify.

Review activity under control & take action to make the same sustainable as per the company sustainability principle

Be responsible for ethical operation under his control. Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation. Avoid all such activity that could lead to or imply breach of code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption etc.

Immediately report any incidents related to social responsibility violations and anticorruption / Anti Bribery process deviation
