Executive to General Manager – Leasing

KW Delhi 6 Mall, Raj Nagar Extension (Ghaziabad)

Full-time

12LPA (depending on experience and expertise)

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Professional (Sr. Executive to GM level) to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end leasing activities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving leasing performance across our retail and commercial projects.

Manage the complete leasing process from prospecting to closure, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, and coordination.
Act as liaison between tenants, brokers, consultants, legal counsel, architects, and internal teams.
Lead daily leasing operations while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements.
Develop and implement leasing policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong networks with IPCs and leading leasing brokers.
Engage in direct marketing and outreach to prospective corporate tenants.

Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
~5+ years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
~ Certification in retail leasing (preferred but not mandatory).
~ Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
~ Proven ability to drive leasing strategies and achieve targets.
