You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, researching, qualifying, and nurturing leads that turn into long-term partnerships. At INTIGLY we are passionate about YouTube with a drive to continuously grow and deliver the latest and greatest content across video, social and text Curious about us : https://intigly.studio/ WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Prospect & Research: Identify and research potential clients in the creative and digital media space. - Lead Generation Tools: Use platforms like Apollo.io , Zoom Info , Lusha to build and manage a high-quality lead pipeline. - Outreach Campaigns: Run personalised outreach via email and LinkedIn using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Clay. - CRM Management: Keep our CRM (Hub Spot / Zoho / Salesforce) organised and up to date. - Target Hitter: Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead and conversion targets. - Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Managers to convert leads into loyal clients. - Value Selling: Clearly communicate the value of INTIGLY's services using your industry knowledge. - Campaign Optimisation: Write, test, and refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates. - Passion for YouTube, content creation, or post-production. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: - 23 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in a creative agency or service-based business. - Proven ability to generate and qualify leads that convert into revenue. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - A data-driven mindset with a knack for experimentation and optimisation. - Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms.
