With a focus on quality and health-conscious baking, we aim to provide delicious options for all dietary needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Bakery Intern role located in Mumbai. The intern will assist with daily baking activities, including preparation of cakes , cookies, bread, and other bakery items. Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and managing proper storage of ingredients. This role provides hands-on experience and learning in a professional bakery environment. Qualifications - Bakery and Baking skills, with an understanding of fundamental techniques and processes. - Experience or interest in Food Preparation, especially in creating cakes , cookies and bread. - Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow recipes accurately. - Passion for baking and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Candidate should be staying in western sub urban area of Mumbai . - Previous experience in a bakery or similar environment is a plus but not mandatory. - Stipend payable is 10000 rs per month . if candidate is promising then can be absorbed as junior pastry chef within organisation.
