Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of key marketing KPIs, and the ability to manage and scale digital campaigns across platforms. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. - Manage and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4. - Implement and manage Smart Bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters. - Build and refine audience segments for effective targeting and remarketing. - Monitor and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and more. - Utilize Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio for data tracking and visualization. - Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning, reporting, and creative optimization. - Maintain a structured approach to A/B testing, budget allocation, and performance forecasting. - Continuously identify growth opportunities and improvement areas across campaigns. Key Requirements - Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta performance campaigns. - Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4). - Strong understanding of Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and UTM best practices. - Sound knowledge of digital marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. - Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Excel or BI platforms (preferred). - Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
