Roles and Responsibility The UI Developer will design, develop, and manage the development of STP’s front end software solutions. Utilizing React and Angular 11, the ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of developers in an agile development environment to help accelerate and develop STP’s most critical strategic roadmap projects. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications using React.js , TypeScript , and Angular Utilize Tailwind CSS for efficient and consistent user interface development Integrate and manage RESTful APIs leveraging tools such as React Query for state management and data synchronization Experience working with Angular components and lifecycle management within the context of maintaining and modernizing legacy applications . Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code review support to junior developers and peers Required Skill Sets Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in React development. Strong working knowledge of React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript and related technologies or web frameworks. Proficient understanding and experience using Node.js Proficient understanding of GIT Version Control Strong ability to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions. Able to develop junior developers on a team, provide code review feedback, guidance, and mentoring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to work with a team as well as be an individual contributor. Experience working with clients/users preferred.
