Job Description Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (ACCA - Skill & Professional Level) Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Location: Work From Home (WFH) Language Requirement: English (Proficiency in Hindi preferred) Subjects: - Primary: Performance Management & Taxation - Secondary: Should be comfortable with other Skill & Professional Level subjects Qualification & Eligibility: Educational Qualification: - Required: - CA Final (at least 1 group cleared) or ACCA Strategic Professional (Appearing or Cleared) - Preferred: - Candidates who have cleared the Strategic Professional level Experience: - Prior experience in teaching, SME work, or content creation for ACCA or similar professional exams. - Strong conceptual understanding of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics, and related subjects. - Experience in curriculum design, assessment development, or online teaching platforms is an added advantage. - Good awareness of ACCA exam patterns and requirements. Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in English and preferably Hindi for wider learner engagement. - Ability to create high-quality, student-friendly academic content. - Awareness of screen recording and video-based content creation. - Strong analytical, research, and conceptual skills aligned with ACCA standards. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities for digital learning formats. - Proficiency in G Suite, Excel, and AI tools (e.g., GPT). Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and review high-quality study materials including lesson notes, quizzes, practice tests, and study guides aligned with ACCA curriculum requirements. - Collaborate with fellow SMEs and instructors to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all content. - Create well-structured solutions and explanations (text/video) for subject-specific questions across varying difficulty levels. - Ensure all developed content is pedagogically sound, student-focused, and aligned with exam patterns. - Continuously update and refine content based on student feedback, curriculum updates, and evolving academic standards.
