BI Visualization Developer Power BI DeveloperLocation Chennai Work from OfficeExperience Level 6 8 yearsTier T3We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented BI Visualization Developer with a passion for transforming healthcare data into meaningful interactive and user friendly dashboards The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in Power BI SQL and data modeling and a proven track record of delivering business critical KPIs and metrics in an impactful visual format You will play a key role in enabling data driven decisions across clinical operational and financial functions in the healthcare domainJob ResponsibilitiesDesign develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI to present complex healthcare data in a clear concise and user friendly formatWork closely with business stakeholders analysts clinicians and executives to gather requirements and understand the key KPIs and performance metrics that need to be visualizedTranslate business needs into visually compelling and analytically rich dashboards that support strategic and operational decision makingWrite complex SQL queries to extract transform and analyze healthcare data from various sources e g EHRs claims data patient records EMRsBuild and optimize data models star snowflake schemas to support efficient data retrieval and accurate calculations within Power BIEnsure data accuracy quality and integrity across all reports and dashboardsImplement row level security RLS drill downs tooltips and custom visuals for better user interaction and experienceOptimize dashboard performance and follow best practices for data visualization and usabilityCollaborate with data engineers data stewards and domain SMEs to understand source systems and ensure semantic alignmentPrepare and maintain documentation for dashboards data sources and business logicTechnical Skills6 years of experience in BI reporting development with a strong focus on Power BISolid experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction transformation and analysisProficient in data modeling concepts e g fact dimension tables relationships calculated columns measures using DAXStrong understanding of healthcare data such as patient demographics clinical metrics quality measures claims data or financial performanceExperience with KPI tracking scorecards and translating healthcare operational metrics into data visualizations
