Job Description Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery - Design and deliver interactive courses covering UI/UX fundamentals including design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design. Practical Skill Development - Conduct hands-on sessions and workshops using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-relevant platforms. Project Mentoring - Guide students through real-world projects focused on usability, accessibility, and responsive user experience design. Technology Integration - Continuously revise course content to align with current trends, emerging tools, and global design standards. Assessment & Evaluation - Create and assess assignments, design projects, and portfolios to evaluate learners creativity, technical ability, and problem-solving skills. Industry Readiness - Train students in UI/UX workflows, design systems, toolkits, and portfolio building for placement preparedness. Collaboration & Guidance - Work closely with academic and placement teams to align UI/UX training with institutional and market needs. Continuous Learning & Mentorship - Stay current with UI/UX trends and tools, and mentor students in identifying career paths and design best practices.
