Job Description Job Responsibilities: 1. Sales of FA Products in Tyre Vertical (PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Motion, Scada & Robot products). 2. Candidate should have good exposure of front-end sales of PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA, Motion, Robot automation products and its various solutions for the tyre industry. 3. Candidate needs to ensure wider market reach & penetration in large EU and OEM markets 4. Candidate should be able to interact and discuss with EU and OEM customers for the complete system requirement as per end user application and requirement. 5. Candidate should be competent in implementing effective solutions to customer needs with an aim to improve customer contentment. 6. Should engage in proper resources within own organization for specific case as per project significance. 7. Should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong methodical and problem-solving approach. 8. Should work with EU, OEM and channel team for annual target, annual plan and its execution. 9. Should work with focused and targeted key EU and OEM to gain business growth & create business awareness. 10. Candidate to ensure support and smooth execution of projects. 11. Should be able to establish and maintain the relations with decision makers and management people. 12. Candidate needs to focus on new solution study & its promotion which will help to add values to OEM to machines and try to give complete package solution with cost effective solution by adding various values to OEM machine or line. 13. Should have effective communication while collaborating and managing the sales and technical team and should show creativity at work with good presentation skills. 14. He to provide techno commercial support to existing customers 15.Candidate needs to work with EU for the brand nomination for the business through local or global OEM/ SI/ PB/Contractors 16. Candidate needs to spearhead the POC/Demo.at the customer end to generate the approval / conversion 17. Candidate needs to have the exposure on the digitalization platform for the next level of engagement 18.Candidate needs to coordinate with all the internal and external stakeholders for the smooth deployment of AMC/ Health checkup activities 19.Candidate needs to be flexible for any travel request based on the situational requirement.
