Social Media Manager Location Mahidharpura Surat Experience Min 3 years required Responsibilities Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and the luxury jewellery brand identity Content Management Create curate edit and publish high-quality engaging content daily including original text images and videos showcasing jewellery designs and brand storytelling Platform Management Oversee and manage all company social media accounts e g Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn Pinterest TikTok to ensure brand consistency and maximum reach Community Engagement Monitor and respond to comments messages and inquiries in a timely professional and on-brand voice to foster a strong online community and manage the brand s reputation o Performance Analysis Track analyze and report on key performance indicators KPIs such as engagement reach and website traffic using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights Campaign Management Plan execute and monitor the effectiveness of both organic and paid social media advertising campaigns managing ad budgets and optimizing performance Influencer Collaboration Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand advocates to enhance brand reach and build brand awareness within the fashion luxury sector Trend Monitoring Stay updated with the latest social media trends algorithm changes tools and best practices in the jewellery and fashion industries to maintain a competitive edge Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the marketing design and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach across all channels Qualifications Skills Experience Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role with at least 3 years of experience in the jewellery fashion or luxury goods industry preferred Content Expertise Hands-on experience in content creation and management with excellent creative copywriting skills and a strong eye for design and brand aesthetics Technical Proficiency Proficiency with social media management tools and content editing tools e g Canva Adobe Creative Suite Premiere Pro for video editing Analytical Skills Strong analytical abilities with experience in social media analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies o Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the company s views creatively Education A Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications New Media or a related field is typically required Problem-Solving Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
