We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring ideas to life through content strategy, creative writing, and trend-based storytelling.
--- Role Overview The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing social media strategies, creating and executing content plans, and ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in scriptwriting, content ideation, and campaign management.
--- Key Responsibilities:- Develop, plan, and manage content calendars for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Write engaging scripts and creative concepts for Reels, videos, and campaigns. Monitor trends and execute ideas that align with current digital trends and brand objectives. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and clients to deliver high-quality social content. Manage community engagement through comments, DMs, and audience interactions. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to track campaign results and optimize strategies. Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
--- Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong creative writing and scriptwriting skills for short-form video content. Sound understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content performance metrics. Ability to multitask and handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage. Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta and Google) will be considered a plus.
