The primary responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and improving AI-based chatbot solutions for supplier interactions. Additional duties involve ensuring seamless supplier communication, implementing AI algorithms, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing chatbot performance. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI tools with organizational goals and requirements. Qualifications - Proficiency in AI development, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Experience with coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java - Skills in chatbot development, conversation modeling, and API integration - Problem-solving abilities with a focus on debugging and improving system performance - Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with supplier management, procurement processes, or related domains is a plus
