Job Description

- Support various creative requests on behalf of marketing (community support ads, speaker SMSI).
- Draft Sprout Social (social media) posts.
- Support biography and headshot management.
- Produce PowerPoint for marketing programs.
- Support marketing budget management with invoice coding and monthly budget reconciliation.
- Produce marketing reporting/internal communications.
- Provide SharePoint site development and maintenance support.
- Perform annual accounting lists reporting for business journal book of lists.
- Review external membership renewals, confirming correct logo, Moss Adams description, and website URL, etc

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly capable of taking initiative and working independently.
- Strong general research searching skills
