We’re hiring dynamic individuals for our BPO Voice Process team Position: BPO Voice Process (Domestic/International)Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers efficiently. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) whenever possible to enhance customer satisfaction. 2. Problem Resolution Listen actively to customers, understand concerns, and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team or supervisor when required. Follow-up with customers to ensure problem resolution and satisfaction. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of calls, transactions, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Update databases with relevant customer information. Generate daily/weekly reports as per team requirements. 4. Sales & Upselling (For Outbound/International Roles) Make outbound calls to promote products, services, or offers. Persuade customers to purchase or upgrade services. Meet individual and team sales/conversion targets. Maintain professionalism while handling objections and rejections. 5. Compliance & Quality Adherence Follow standard call scripts, procedures, and company policies. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and data security policies. Maintain a professional tone and language throughout all interactions. 6. Teamwork & Contribution Collaborate with team members to achieve overall call center targets. Participate in training sessions to improve communication and product knowledge.
