Role Description:

Technical Requirement:

Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT and business analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

This role will be responsible for partnering with digital delivery teams and business functions to gather business and technical requirements, analyze processes for development, testing, and delivery of digital solutions, based on end user and business input. A successful IT Analyst will combine their business and technical acumen to facilitate end-to-end workflows for identification, scoping, definition, prioritization, and delivery of digital capabilities to the business, in partnership with a diverse set of stakeholders and teams across the business and digital platforms. .

Required Skills: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user manuals.

Work with IT teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements maximizing business value aligned with our competitive performance priorities.

Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions are effective and meet business needs.

Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Execute special projects and provide project management support for adoption of digital products.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT and business analysis.

Required Qualification: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency with SQL and database management

Extensive experience with data visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management methodologies.

Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience in Data Management and Visualization.
