Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management:

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including office maintenance and housekeeping.
- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment servicing, and utilities.
- Monitor and maintain office security systems (CCTV, Biometric Systems)
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Support travel bookings, in-office events, and administrative logistics.

IT Administration:

- Be the first point of contact for internal IT issues.
- Set up and manage employee devices (Windows and MacBook)
- Create and manage user accounts, email access, and permissions.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Maintain and update records of IT inventory, software licenses, and warranty details.
- Monitor and maintain networks (WIFI&aposs), servers, and data storage systems.
- Configure, install, and upgrade hardware and software as per company needs.
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols and access controls.
- Perform regular system diagnostics, backups, and data recovery planning.
