Jr. Site Engineer

Job Overview We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to support outlet setup and interior execution across multiple franchise locations The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors oversee on-site progress and ensure that all shop interiors and exteriors are built as per brand standards and technical guidelines Key Responsibilities Site Visits Conduct location visits to evaluate site readiness space measurement and feasibility of outlet setup Vendor Coordination Work closely with local or our vendors and contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of site-related tasks Design Execution Please help vendors implement shop layout branding and design elements according to the company s standardized guidelines Quotation Preparation Prepare accurate BOQs Bill of Quantities and quotations based on the franchise owner s site requirements in coordination with vendors Project Supervision Follow-up Monitor daily progress of site work identify potential delays and follow up regularly with vendors to maintain timelines Reporting Update internal teams on site status material requirements and project progress Raise flags for design deviations or delays Compliance Ensure adherence to safety standards brand aesthetics and project specifications during execution Requirements Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design or related field 0-2 years of experience in site supervision preferably in retail F B or interior setup Basic knowledge of construction materials layouts and MEP works Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to read basic architectural drawings Willingness to travel across assigned franchise locations Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
