Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, explaining insurance products, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Experience in client relationship management and customer service - Sales and negotiation skills - Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products and financial plans - Proficiency in market research and business development - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
