Job Description Hi, We are hiring for our Client, Leading Luxury Property Developer for Project Manager in Coimbatore location Job Description: Project Manager Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies. - Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to building codes. - Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise to avoid delays or cost overruns. - Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management and clients. - Ensure high-quality construction work, maintaining rigorous standards of safety and sustainability. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of both technical and managerial aspects. - Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. - This role requires a leader with deep industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. - First reference is Coimbatore based candidate. - Age: 40 to 48
