We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing integrations within the Workday ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow between systems and supporting various business functions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations to support HR, finance, and other business functions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy between systems.
- Maintain and optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability.
- Participate in testing and validation of integration solutions before deployment.
- Provide documentation and training to users and technical teams on integration processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-12 years of experience in Workday integrations or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Workday Integration Cloud and its capabilities.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
- Experience with Workday web services and APIs.
- Knowledge of integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, and SFTP.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot code in relevant programming languages such as XSLT, XML, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
