Qualification ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience in years Minimum 3-5 years Exposure Knowledge On Operation of following system HVAC Black Utility Equipment s like Chiller Cooling Tower Hot water generation system Knowledge on types of Blowers Chillers Pumps cooling towers and their maintenance Technical Skills BMS EMS systems purpose and functionality Control philosophy of CHW HW valves Clean room Pressure Balancing HVAC Clean room equipment Validation activities GMP GDP Behavioral Skills Safety Orientation Quality Consciousness Transparency Achievement Orientation Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking Accountability Ownership Collaboration Service Orientation Roles Responsibilities Tasks Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of HVAC BMS EMS system and Black Utility systems like Air compressor Nitrogen Generation chiller cooling tower plant steam Should hand on experience in trouble shooting day to day issues in HVAC system in pharmaceutical clean room Responsible for intimating any incidents during the breakdowns to the supervisor Ensure that all the Preventive maintenance of equipment s in Engineering department were performed within the due period as per the schedule Well versed with maintenance of various types of air conditioning system Ensure to Issue control and retrieval of documents Logbooks related to Engineering Department Ensure Spares Inventory and Dosing Chemicals to be maintained as per the requirement Additional Preferrable Skills Desirable Criteria Experience in Operation Maintenance of Water System Experience in Operation Maintenance of ETP STP Experience in HVAC qualification and Water system qualification e g DQ IQ and OQ Location Ferring India Laboratories
