Sales Executive Location: Noida Sector 16 Shift Timings: 9 PM - 6 AM (Monday to Saturday) Salary: Upto 5 LPA + Incentives Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, following up with prospects, building long-term client relationships, preparing sales reports, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. In addition, this position requires working flexible hours to cover the night shift. Qualifications - Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation skills, including a proven ability to identify leads and close deals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships - Knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and lead management processes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying customer needs - Prior experience in IT sales or the technology industry is highly advantageous - Comfortable working in a night shift schedule - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
