Operations is focused on building and delivering our brand new Transaction Banking businesses and supporting the suite of new Transaction Banking Services we are offering clients whilst adapting to the rapidly changing payment landscape Our organization is the first line of defense for control and governance to protect both clients and the firm s financial assets and to provide a differentiated best- in-class client service Transaction Banking Operations is a growing team with regional presence in Singapore Bengaluru London New York and Dallas All our offices work closely together as a single global team in support of our Transaction Banking business We manage a wide range of complex processes with members developing skills and competencies around client service client on-boarding first line client support cash management including payment controls bank account management virtual account management cash concentration payment formatting settlement reconciliation and claims transaction support FX Payment Escrow Money Market and Term Deposits regulatory requirements industry trends and change management JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES Be a part of a dynamic team within Transaction Banking Operations in support of new products being developed for the global business Demonstrate ability in optimizing between excellent client excellence strong risk management and operational efficiency Use data and metrics to run day to day operations act as a point person for day to day processing and risk management Strong understanding of front-to-back processes and loan life cycle management Implementation of Vendor capabilities within Operations framework Work alongside Transaction Banking and other key stakeholders such as Compliance Legal Engineering and Risk in the implementation of new deposit lending and payment products and services Support Operations Technology in System process improvements Be a problem solver and hone your communication technical and risk management skills by working in a global construct focused on speedy and superior client delivery BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree with 9 years of professional and relevant experience Experience within transaction banking treasury services international payment schemes FX and liquidity products Knowledge of payment types payment testing product testing development and integration Experience in working with API and digital driven financial products Able to work across multiple groups and geographies in a fast moving environment Demonstrates a strong commercial and client focused mindset balanced with a clear risk management approach Able to navigate issues and deal with complexity as products and services grow PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must be proactive enthusiastic and team oriented Ability to remain composed under pressure Experience in transaction banking working with API and digital driven financial products Knowledge of payment types payment testing product testing development and integration Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Accuracy in work delivery Strong client service orientation Strong written and
