**Avni Implementations Solution Architect**

**Experience, Compensation, Work location**
- 10-14 years of overall IT experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer facing role
- 21.0 to 27.0 LPA depending on the experience level
- Bangalore based position (non-remote)

**About this role**

Samanvay is currently also engaged in using AI to speed up the implementation activities, which essentially will translate to transformation of how implementations are delivered.

**Key Role Requirements**
- Perform solution design based on Avni (a low code platform) and open source BI platforms.
- Drive new AI powered implementation initiative in Avni.
- Work in collaboration with customers and team to analyze customer business requirements and translates those requirements into technical design specifications.
- Support the implementation's team in developing implementation plan.
- Evaluate technical project risks, assess ongoing project issues and risks and work with customers and management to manage those risks.
- Interface with the platform team to understand the product features and recommended implementation approach. Provide feedback to the platform team about the product features.
- Solution support to the implementation engineering team.

**Required Experience & Skills**
- Developing software solution architecture
- Custom software solution delivery
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English
- Consulting with customers to understand high level functional requirements. Working with software delivery teams.
- Preferred - Experience of enterprise low code platform, enterprise products
- Nice to have - Spoken Hindi (many Avni customers do not speak English)

- Community service and data collection platform for grassroot organizations - being used by.
- Electronic Medical Record and Hospital Information System used in around 500 hospitals/clinics across the world.
- Quality and effectiveness assessment system for public hospitals and health centers, used by the Ministry of health India’s thousands of assessors.
- Guides community health workers in assessing people who are experiencing covid and pneumonia symptoms. (COVID specific)

Pay: ₹2,100,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
