Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee], [Record to Report]
In this role, Independently manages assigned RTR activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
.Talent retention and leadership pipeline.
.Perform end-to-end month-end close activities with minimal supervision.
.Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses.
.Review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
.Act as point of contact for specific entities/regions.
.Support audits by providing schedules and documentation.
.Mentor and guide Analysts on day-to-day queries.
.Identify process gaps and propose improvements.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting.
.Professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA - partly or fully qualified preferred).
.Relevant years RTR/GL experience.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Advanced MS Excel and ERP expertise.
.Strong technical accounting knowledge.
.Effective communication and stakeholder management.
