Success in the Role:
What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

You will need to produce software design and develop them for new use cases as per business requirements.

You will need to be the owner of the components/product areas that you will work on.

You will be regularly evaluated on the quality of the product you create and the code you write to ensure continued advancement of your technical skills in anenvironment that looks to expand them.

You will be impacting millions of users who will be digitising their workspaces.

You will have to collaboratively work across other teams.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

You will design software and write code in Java.

You care and have strong RESTful API design, including API versioning, backwards compatibility, authentication and rate limiting.

You will implement and improve processes around DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?

This role will be reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager, Engineering. Our team’s focus is on challenging the status quo by innovating but at the same time gettingstuff done. We believe in building trust amongst all our stakeholders and committing to make our customers successful.

The team is organized based on modules to define clear responsibility and accountability. At the same time teams are fluid enough to own up whatever is needed forthe larger product to be successful
