- Lead the Quality Control department of the cement plant, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and industry regulations
- Supervise and guide the QC team in performing chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and final products
- Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and instruments
- Oversee BIS formalities including quality certifications, compliance documentation, and liaison with regulatory authorities
- Generate and review technical reports, analysis summaries, and corrective action documentation
- Collaborate with production and process teams to maintain consistent product quality
- Train and mentor junior chemists and lab staff, promoting a culture of quality and accountability
- Take ownership of internal and external quality audits and implement improvements based on feedback
