Delivery Lead

Primary Responsibilities Guides rather than drives teams toward objectives goals and continuous improvement Initiates and fosters collaboration communication and team building Works to remove impediments in the organization so that the team can remain focused on achieving its goals Helps assure the team follows Scrum Agile best practices and product development process Facilitates Agile Scrum rituals including Daily Stand up Backlog Refinement Sprint Planning Sprint Review Demo Retrospective and Scrum of scrums Coordinates solution implementation and delivery with other Scrum Masters Delivery Leads Managers and external teams Works with Product Owners Business Analysts to intake work to all Agile teams assigned Able to build sprint delivery plans based on team capacity Effective and timely communication to all levels of the organization including progress tracking and reporting Maintains relevant metrics that help the team and program see how they are doing Helps to create a culture of openness honesty and transparency Enforces standard Agile practices across all Development areas Adapts appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities Be an agent of change Experience in delivering solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Proven problem-solving skills attention to detail and critical thinking abilities Understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies Prior project management or
