Core Technical Competence - - Handling procurement/supply chain & operations in the finance sector and developing and managing efficient procurement strategies - To develop procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing sourcing strategies to meet the organization's needs - Good understanding of end-to-end P2P process (Sourcing. TPRM, Contact Admin, Vendor Management) - Ensure the team adheres to client SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and timelines. - Lead discussions with clients on procurement initiatives/handle client visits - Ability to lead business development initiatives - Experience in handling Critical Situation - Willingness to perform duties in varying shifts - Accountability and ownership 1. Desired Attributes - Good communications skills - Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals. - Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives - Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
