About the Role We're looking for a Senior Media Analyst who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and mentor emerging talent. You'll lead performance campaigns, identify trends, and drive growth strategies across Google, Meta, and YouTube while collaborating with creative and analytics teams. This role offers autonomy, accountability, and the chance to build frameworks that shape Klubenn's digital performance philosophy. Key Responsibilities - Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels. - Develop data-driven performance strategies aligned with business objectives. - Run A/B tests and creative experiments to improve ROI. - Prepare performance dashboards and insights for internal reporting. - Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPA, CAC, and ROAS; take proactive optimization actions. - Mentor junior analysts and create a knowledge-sharing culture within the team. - Collaborate with brand, content, and strategy teams for unified campaign execution. What You Bring - 2+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media strategy. - Scale winning campaigns to achieve daily spends in the 56 figure range. - Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads. - Ability to translate complex data into simple insights. - Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. - A growth mindset and the desire to be part of a founding performance team.
