Role Overview: We're looking for a Social Media & Communications Specialist to lead Truein's content, social media, and PR efforts. You'll work closely with the founders to build both company and founder branding, create and amplify content around our key USPs, manage our presence across LinkedIn, X, and SaaS-focused platforms, and collaborate with agencies on PR initiatives - all aimed at strengthening Truein's visibility and credibility in the B2B SaaS space, with a strong focus on the US market. This role blends strategy and hands-on execution - ideal for someone who is data-driven, understands B2B SaaS deeply, and can translate product value into strong narratives and measurable social performance. What you'll do: - Build and execute an integrated organic + paid social media strategy for our B2B SaaS audience. - Own the content strategy and calendar - thought leadership, product updates, case studies, campaigns, and launch communication. - Plan and run paid social campaigns (primarily LinkedIn) including targeting, creative testing, optimizations, and performance analysis. - Drive measurable impact: engagement, awareness, traffic, pipeline contribution, and share-of-voice. - Collaborate with product marketing, design, and sales to build aligned messaging and campaign assets. - Build playbooks, posting cadences, guidelines, and best practices for consistent brand communication. - Coordinate with agencies when required. Must Have: - Graduate/Postgraduate from a premium institute. - 3-6 years of experience in social media & content for B2B SaaS, with proven success in LinkedIn organic + paid initiatives. - Strong B2B copywriting skills with the ability to turn product value into compelling narratives. - Data-driven approach - comfortable with GA4, UTM tracking, and analytics tools. - Hands-on experience with social publishing and campaign management platforms. - Exposure to the US market and understanding of social behavior in US-focused B2B SaaS audiences. - Experience working on PR, brand positioning, or coordinating with PR agencies to amplify company and founder visibility. - Experience managing founder branding and multi-platform company pages to build a consistent social presence. - Strong execution skills - organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Good to have: - Background in SaaS, B2B tech, or HR-tech domain. - Experience with product-led growth (PLG), developer-focused content, or demand-generation/ABM initiatives. - Certifications (LinkedIn Marketing Labs, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics). - Familiarity with creative tools like Figma or Adobe. - Experience using AI tools for content creation, social listening, or workflow automation. - Prior startup experience with comfort in fast-paced, iterative environments.
