Software Development Specialist Advisor

Job Description Role Description: Software Dev Specialist Advisor Position for the AES team. Primarily focusing on working with Automation applications and workflow tool. The Software Dev Specialist Advisor is expected to perform the role of Project Lead who is proficient in doing end to end Intelligent Automation and workflow application for Healthcare and BFSI domain also possesses an understanding of best practices to be followed during Application Development. Should be able to provide adequate technical documents and guide team members for completing the task / projects. Ideal candidates will have good experience in handling several project teams and has hands on experience in SDLC and Agile project life cycle. Candidates should be excellent team players with good communication skill. Should have a capability to handle multiple teams and projects. Role Responsibilities: - - Analyzes business needs and develops automation using Robotic Process Automation and GenAI technologies based on specifications and requirements. - Identify and implement automation tasks using RPA and GenAI tools with production teams and customers. - Perform architecture, design and review of development policies for adherence to standards and best practices - Manage day-to-day system development and maintenance activities for RPA deployment in global regions - Provide software solutions to customer issues and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements / new tools. - Drives engineering processes for the project such as build automation, unit testing, software configuration management and packaging. - Interacts with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to Identify potential tasks with production teams, customers and implement Robotic Process Automation including other applicable technologies for current and future application requirements - Execute assigned activities of Project(s) in accordance with established work processes - Prepare /maintain/ update project execution plan, MS Project schedule and quality plan for assigned Project(s) - Understands impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Organization and its customers. - Have a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving and reporting data to identify issues and come up with innovative robotic solutions. - Presenting project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issue. Qualifications Mandatory Technical Skills: - - - Strong experience in IT Project Execution and Implementation in Healthcare & BFSI domain - Strong Experience in RPA application development - Experience in AI and GenAI technology - Experience in Windows / Web application development. - Experience in Design patterns - Project management skills- Scope Management, Estimation, Schedule and Cost estimation, Quality Management, Communication Management, Team Management & Project Closure. - Experience in Project Management, Robotics Process Automation, IT product development, IT services - Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Internet Security protocols Desired Skills: - - - SCRUM / Agile / PMP / PRINCE II certifications - Experience in RAID concepts (Risk, Assumption, Issue and Decision Management) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with go-getter / can do attitude - Software design methodologies, software libraries and other tools needed for the project - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Good teamwork and interpersonal skills - Healthcare domain knowledge & BPO industry related domain background. Experience requirement: - - - Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant development Preferences: - - - Graduate degree in a computer science related field with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of software development experience. - Minimum 7 years in leading a software development team. - Dot.Net Framework Professional Certification - Healthcare domain knowledge & Automation systems development background. Educational Qualification Undergraduate or Graduate degree and minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
