Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of available technologies. - Recommends and leads solution design and implementation. - Recognized as a go-to expert in one or more technical areas. - Demonstrates the ability to influence own team and cross-functional teams. - Shows assertiveness and the ability to say no when appropriate. - Identifies and reduces inefficiencies or waste in processes. - Leads or actively participates in software development communities (CoPs, meetups, or similar) internally or externally. - Communicates technical work effectively in terms of business value. - Aligns teams to best practices, design disciplines, and architectural patterns, leading by influence. - Drives incremental improvements in architecture practices and principles within teams. - Leads through influence across multiple teams, making strategic technical choices to achieve business goals. - Serves as a go-to person for SOLID principles, design best practices, and established architectural patterns. - Contributes to continuous improvement and technical excellence within the organization. - Fosters a collaborative, high-performing organizational culture. - Actively engages with and influences others in the software development community. - Defines technology options and connects them to business value. - Invests in attracting and developing new talent both externally and internally.
