The ideal candidate excels at aligning cross-functional teams, managing interrelated projects, and delivering integrated business outcomes that span systems, platforms, and processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage programs composed of multiple related projects focused on systems integration and business transformation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define program objectives, integration strategy, and long-term roadmap. Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution across workstreams. Monitor program-level budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Facilitate communication across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business functions to ensure seamless system integration. Ensure compliance with integration standards, security protocols, and data governance throughout the program lifecycle. Present regular program status updates, including risks, milestones, KPIs, and strategic impacts, to senior leadership and executive sponsors. Drive continuous improvement by capturing program-level lessons learned and enhancing delivery frameworks for future initiatives. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline. 8+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on large-scale system integrations and enterprise-wide initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams and geographies. Strong understanding of integration principles including APIs, ETL, data flows, and cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure). Industry certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly preferred. Proficiency in portfolio and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar. Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Experience with enterprise application integration (EAI), SaaS ecosystems, or IT transformation programs. Familiarity with middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies at a program level. Comfortable engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders to influence direction and decision-making.
