Job Description

Senior PHP :

Primary Skill ( Mandatory) :

Lead with Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of PHP frameworks like Laravel / Symfony or Mandatory experience with MEAN, MERN, or Node.js..

Architect Solutions: Design and present technical architecture diagrams for robust project development.

Code Quality & Troubleshooting: Review code, uphold quality standards, and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Agile Leadership: Manage development using Agile methodologies and ensure timely delivery.

Client Communication: Collaborate with international clients, aligning project goals and updates

Problem Solver: Take on complex challenges and make critical decisions.

Good to Have:

Cloud services knowledge like AWS or GCP

CI/CD knowledge and DevOps practices

Critical thinking

Code readability

Mandatory Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications and services.

- Strong experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, JQuery and Web API.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Familiarity with SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ and CI/CD tools.

- Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control (Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Good communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with Front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

- Knowledge of unit testing and automated testing tools.

- Understanding of Microservices architecture.

Pre-sales Senior Business Analyst

6+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis in software development, with extensive involvement in high-stakes client interactions and project scoping.

Client Ownership: Proven ability to lead client discussions, understand their strategic objectives, and translate complex requirements into high-level technical solutions independently.

Solution Design & Documentation: Strong expertise in creating detailed solution designs, process flows, BRDs, and scoping documents tailored to sophisticated client needs.

Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of PHP, MERN, MEAN, Python, and Native/Hybrid mobile development, with the ability to propose scalable solutions.

Proposal Development & RFP Management: Skilled in leading the end-to-end proposal process, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and delivering persuasive presentations.

Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex solutions to executives and guiding junior analysts.

Good to Have:

Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, Agile certifications.

Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot Zoho, including custom development or integration.

Familiarity with JIRA, Agile frameworks, and risk management for efficient project planning.

Domain knowledge in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, e-commerce) for added solution depth.

Business Analyst Job Description: (4+ Years) :

To analyze, document, and propose solutions for business areas and to prepare functional specifications.

Responsible for documenting client's requirements as Software Requirement Specification and for sign-off by

the client

Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these

into functional specifications in terms of documents as well as wireframes/mock-ups etc.

Develop comprehensive business documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories.

To provide the link between the customer, development team, and any third party regarding software

functionality, throughout the development lifecycle

Interact with the development team to develop the software solution required by the client.

Manage client calls and able to give demos to clients

Support project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Create and deliver clear presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Good to have

Knowledge about agile ceremonies and be a part of it

Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement

Basic knowledge of databases and technologies to conduct smart client discussions

Negotiation skills

Basic Knowledge of UX/UI

CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certifications

Ability to work independently as well as within a team
