Responsibilities :


- Lead client discussions independently, establishing trust and rapport.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' strategic objectives, pain points, and business requirements.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales phase.

- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather information from stakeholders.

- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.

- Design and articulate high-level technical solutions that align with client requirements and business goals.

- Create detailed solution designs, process flows, and architectural diagrams.

- Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and scoping documents.

- Leverage deep understanding of PHP, MERN, MEAN, Python, and Native/Hybrid mobile development to propose scalable

and robust solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms.

- Ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with industry best practices.

- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including RFPs, RFIs, and presentations.

- Develop compelling and persuasive proposals that highlight the value proposition of our solutions.

- Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

- Deliver persuasive presentations to executive-level audiences, effectively communicating complex technical solutions.

- Craft clear and concise written communication for proposals and other client-facing materials.

- Coordinate with internal teams to gather all needed information for proposals.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

- Collaborate with sales, development, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery.

- Contribute to the enhancement of pre-sales processes and Skills and Qualifications : :

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis within the software development

industry.

- Proven track record of success in high-stakes client interactions and project Skills :

- Deep understanding of PHP, MERN, MEAN, Python, and Native/Hybrid mobile development.

- Strong expertise in creating detailed solution designs, process flows, BRDs, and scoping Skills :

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to present complex technical solutions to diverse Acumen :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong client facing skills.


Good to Have :

- Certifications : CBAP, CCBA, Agile certifications.

- Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot Zoho, including custom development or integration.

- Familiarity with JIRA, Agile frameworks, and risk management for efficient project planning.

- Domain knowledge in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, e-commerce) for added solution depth
