Job Description We are actively seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Lead to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the entire content strategy, managing a talented writer team, and driving impactful digital and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel at brainstorming innovative ideas, refining content for maximum impact, meticulously tracking performance, and staying ahead of industry trends and the latest AI tools. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely content and foster strong collaboration across various teams. Key Responsibilities - Content Strategy Leadership: Develop and lead the overall content strategy, aligning it with business objectives and audience needs across various platforms. - Team Management & Mentorship: Manage a writer team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to foster their growth and ensure high-quality output. - Campaign Execution: Drive engaging digital and social media campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring content resonates with target audiences. - Ideation & Refinement: Actively brainstorm ideas for compelling content pieces and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice. - Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track content performance meticulously using relevant analytics, deriving insights to optimize future strategies and improve engagement. - Trend & Technology Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends in content marketing, digital media, and emerging AI tools, integrating new technologies to enhance content creation and distribution. - Quality & Timeliness: Ensure the consistently quality of all content produced and guarantee timely delivery to meet publishing schedules and campaign deadlines. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration across teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to ensure content supports broader organizational goals and initiatives. Skills - Proven experience in leading content strategy. - Strong capabilities in managing a writer team. - Demonstrated success in driving digital and social media campaigns. - Adept at brainstorming ideas and refining content. - Proficiency in tracking content performance and using analytics. - Keen awareness of current industry trends and AI tools relevant to content. - Excellent ability to ensure quality and timely delivery of content. - Strong collaboration skills for working across teams. - Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. - Creative and strategic thinking. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. - Proven experience in a senior content role, preferably leading a team. - A strong portfolio of successful content strategies and campaigns.
