Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Associatewith hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Xero, and similar accounting software. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with an outsourcing firm, managing bookkeeping, tax preparation, and compliance for international clients (preferably US/UAE/Saudi Arabia based). Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting using QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent tools. - Reconcile bank and credit card statements, post journal entries, and maintain general ledgers. - Prepare and file tax returns (US/UAE/Saudi Arabia or other jurisdictions, as applicable). - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. - Communicate effectively with international clients regarding financial queries and deliverables. - Ensure accurate and timely handling of all accounting and tax responsibilities. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 13 years of experience in an outsourcing firm or shared service center. - Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Xero, and similar cloud accounting software. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. - Experience in tax preparation (US/UAE/Saudi Arabia returns preferred). - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in QuickBooks/Xero is a plus. - Experience working with US/UAE/Saudi Arabia clients. - Familiarity with tools like Dext, Hubdoc, Gusto, ADP etc.
