DESCRIPTION The People Support Administrator - Level III provides comprehensive administrative support across complex HR matters for employees managers and the People Support team This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes enhances the employee experience drives operational efficiency and ensures compliance with local legislation and company policies The incumbent supports the employee lifecycle resolves basic employee and manager inquiries and contributes to continuous improvement in HR administration within the geography or sub-geography Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate workforce data and drive efficiency in HR administrative processes to ensure seamless support for managers and employees Support employee and manager inquiries at a basic level and provide timely resolutions Deliver integrated people administration solutions that leverage technological tools standardization and automation Perform accurate data entry of workforce information and maintain employee records in HR systems Execute standard HR business processes within the defined geography or sub-geography meeting quality and timeline expectations Ensure adherence to HR policies procedures and compliance with local legislation Partner with Total Rewards Operations to assist in compensation and benefits administration Prepare employment contracts letters and other HR documentation ensuring legal and policy compliance Coordinate engagement activities and support mediclaim processes Serve as an absence partner for the Advisor and support low-complexity grievance resolution including plant rounds Manage administrative processes for inter-entity transfers and BTE EPR sharing Execute purchase orders POs for HR services gifts and engagement activities Champion excellent customer support and contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives RESPONSIBILITIES Skills and Competencies Human Resources Expertise HR Data Management - ensures data completeness accuracy and compliance with policies and legislation Payroll Administration - delivers accurate and timely employee payments while adhering to regulations Compensation Benefits Administration - translates statutory and tax requirements into HR practices HR Business Process Execution - manages HR processes for efficiency accuracy and operational compliance Human Resources Consulting - applies judgment and knowledge to provide holistic solutions balancing employee and organizational needs Technical Analytical Skills Data Analytics - interprets quantitative and qualitative data identifies patterns and supports data-driven decisions Behavioral Competencies Action-Oriented - tackles challenges with energy urgency and enthusiasm Communication - conveys information effectively across multiple channels and audiences Customer Focus - builds strong relationships and delivers customer-centric HR solutions Values Differences - appreciates diverse perspectives and cultural contributions Self-Awareness - reflects on feedback to strengthen personal and professional growth Process Optimization - identifies and implements efficient work processes with continuous improvement mindset Experience Significant relevant work experience in HR administration or specialized skills gained through education training or on-the-job experience Proven ability to manage multiple HR administrative tasks coordinate processes and deliver timely support in a dynamic work environment QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent completion of secondary education or equivalent experience Preferred Two-year University degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience Job Human Resources Organization Cummins Inc Role Category Hybrid Job Type Office ReqID 2420850 Relocation Package No
