Located in Jodhpur, Pure Gold combines heritage with innovation to provide exceptional experiences for customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff position located in Jodhpur. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product recommendations, showcasing jewelry collections, and ensuring a high level of service. Additional tasks include achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and building strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Qualifications - Proficiency in selling techniques, customer service, and relationship management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist and engage with diverse customers - Knowledge of jewelry trends and materials, such as Gold, Diamond, and Polki products - Ability to handle inventory, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness - Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
