Job Description:
- We are looking for a Responsible AI RAI Compliance Lead to oversee the organization s compliance with AI governance and ethical standards
- The RAI Compliance Lead will play a crucial role in developing implementing and managing AI compliance frameworks to ensure that our AI systems meet regulatory ethical and transparency requirements
- This role involves working closely with various internal teams including legal data science AI development and external regulatory bodies to ensure that the organization s AI practices align with global standards and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop refine and lead the implementation of the organization s Responsible AI RAI compliance program aligning it with regulatory requirements and ethical best practices
- Design and implement governance frameworks that ensure ethical AI development deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with global AI regulations e

- EU AI Act GDPR CCPA and internal governance policies
- Lead risk assessments to identify ethical legal and operational risks in AI systems with a focus on fairness transparency accountability and bias mitigation
- Create AI risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with technical teams to address identified risks and ensure ethical outcomes in AI driven decision making processes
- Develop AI auditing protocols and perform regular audits of AI models and systems to ensure they comply with organizational and regulatory standards
- Monitor and stay informed on emerging AI regulations industry standards and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks
- Advise on the creation and refinement of internal policies guidelines and practices regarding the ethical use of AI technologies
- Regularly review and update compliance frameworks to meet evolving regulatory requirements
- Ensure thorough documentation of AI systems audits and compliance efforts to support both internal reviews and external reporting requirements
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of AI compliance risk assessments and corrective actions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for audits or inquiries related to AI compliance from regulators or external assessors
- Lead internal training and awareness programs focused on AI compliance ethical AI practices and emerging regulations for relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR legal and technical teams to ensure all employees involved in AI development and deployment understand their role in ensuring responsible and compliant AI use
- Provide ongoing support and resources for cross functional teams to ensure the consistent application of AI compliance protocols
Technical Requirements:
- Good verbal written communication skills articulate value to delivery leads project managers other unit heads and negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Technical knowledge and expertise on AI ML Data Science and software development methodologies
- Structured problem solving and consulting skill sets
- Program management of large projects involving multiple stakeholders
