About The Role

We are looking for an experienced lean consultant to join our Strategy team to work with dedicated and highly skilled colleagues. As we carry out huge investment projects for customers it is at the upmost importance to deliver on requirements, time, quality, and cost. To be able to do so, our most valuable role as a team is to make sure theres a LEAN mindset across projects. Your role will therefore be key in supporting our projects in kaizen activities and running training sessions in and across departments, drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency by identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements, ensuring processes are streamlined, and promoting a culture of excellence.

How You Might Spend Your Days

As a lean consultant, youll be:

- Embody a culture of scientific thinking, continuous improvement and systematic problem solving
- Facilitate problem solving and improvement workshops
- Facilitate and share best practices across projects and departments
- Supporting organization with improvement activities
- Lead and support improvements initiatives
- Design and deliver training modules in LEAN tools, principles, and mindset
- Youll be based in our Bengaluru office.

The miles youve walked

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

- A relevant academic degree (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management)
- Formal LEAN training and Project Management training
- Consultant work experience would be an added advantage
- You speak and write English fluently
