Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovativeSocial Media Managerwith5+ years of experience in the health and wellness domain. This role is responsible for building AgeReboots online presence, making ourbrand, services, and products viral, and driving measurable engagement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is astrategic storyteller, growth hacker, and data-driven marketerwho can seamlessly combine creativity with analytics to position AgeReboot as a global leader in longevity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and executecomprehensive social media strategiesto build brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Createhigh-quality, science-backed, and relatable content(posts, reels, stories, blogs, infographics, videos).
- Manage and grow AgeReboots presence onInstagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, research, marketing, product) to translate medical/longevity research intoengaging consumer-friendly content.
- Driveinfluencer partnerships, collaborations, and community buildingin the health, wellness, and longevity space.
- UseSEO, hashtags, trends, and paid adsto maximize reach and virality.
- Track KPIs: engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, follower growth, ROI on campaigns.
- Leverageanalytics tools(Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated onhealth-tech, wellness, and longevity industry trendsto position AgeReboot as a thought leader.
- Ensure brand voice, design, and messaging align withluxury + science-driven identity.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years proven experience as a Social Media Manager in the health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or medical domain
- Demonstrated success in making brands viral with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of health & wellness consumer psychology and storytelling.
- Expertise in paid media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.).
- Strong copywriting & content writing skills (scientific but consumer-friendly).
- Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts to 100k+ followers or equivalent impact.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and funnel optimization.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex medical/longevity concepts into simple, viral content

Nice to Have:

* Background in medical, fitness, or nutrition content creation.

* Previous experience in a startup, health-tech, or supplement brand.

* Understanding of biohacking, longevity, and anti-aging trends

* Video editing, podcast management, or live-stream hosting skills.
